Food security is a major issue that is related to our national economy and building an overall well-to-do society. It is also a major basic strategic task for China’s agricultural sustainable development and agricultural science and technology. On May 28, 2004, the state grain harvest high-tech project was officially launched in Beijing. As one of the 11 major grain-producing areas, Liaoning Province undertook the task of “Research and Demonstration on High Yield and High Efficiency Technology Integration of Liaoning Maize.” Liaoning is located in our country
