大学阶段是个体自我同一性建立的关键时期,其稳定与否关系大学生未来的和谐与发展。本文以民办高职院校大学生的自我同一性与职业生涯发展规划间的关系为出发点,对国内外相关研究进行一个简单的梳理。
University stage is the key period for the establishment of individual’s self-identity. Whether it is stable or not will affect the future harmony and development of undergraduates. This paper takes the relationship between self-identity and career development planning of college students in private higher vocational colleges as a starting point, and makes a brief review of the related researches at home and abroad.
