良好的心理素质和身体素质是大学生适应社会竞争的重要保证。大学阶段学生容易出现各种心理障碍问题,对大学生健全人格的形成、身心健康的发展存在制约。高校体育作为高校教育的重要组成部分,具有促进学生身心健康的功能,是培养大学生心理健康的重要方式,对促进学生的全面发展,提升学生的心理健康有着重要的现实意义。文章通过对心理健康含义的阐释,结合北京几所大学实证案例辩证分析体育活动和大学生心理健康的关系,特别是对体育活动对大学生心理健康影响的分析,并根据当前大学生的心理健康发展状况以及存在的问题,对如何实现体育活动对大学生心理健康的促进作用提供策略指导。
