九江市农经委、农牧局、财政局、税务局和农业银行五单位最近联合发出通知,决定从以下三个方面加强农村会计人员的管理: 一、从1990年6月开始,全市农村会计人员全面实行凭证上岗制度。凡担任农村会计的人员,必须持有县(区)人民政府或授权部门颁发的会计技术职称证书或会计证书。今后专业会计人员的聘任工作,由县(区)经管站(科)负责。对会计无证的单位,各级农经主管部门要进行干预,银行、信用社不予开户,财税部门不发售发票。现任会计人员中,在上次农民会计技术职称考评不合格的,可暂留一年,一年后补考仍不合格的调离会计岗位。
