笔者在多年的临床工作中使用三仁汤,经适当化裁,可广泛应用于内科杂病。在辨证中,以辨舌为首要。在临证中,每遇舌苔厚腻,充满舌面,或白或黄者。不拘季节,经适当加减,均可应用,每取捷效。现举下述三例,以管窥之用。 1 神经性呕吐 张某,51岁,干部。1995年3月16日初诊。患者素嗜酒,半年前无明显诱因始每于饭后或晨起则恶心呕吐,呕吐物为胃内容物或清水痰涎,量不多,非喷射状。纳食尚好,无头痛及腹痛,身体亦无明显消瘦。近10余日来四肢颤抖,以上肢较甚,时轻时重,严重时端碗进食受限,偶有步态不稳,夜难入寐,易紧张,大便粘滞不
