我国现行四部卫生法律,是全国人大常委会通过的管理国家卫生公务的规范性文件,是医学、法学、语言学的综合产物,是我国卫生法规的典范。对其谋篇、炼句、遣词等语言技巧加以研究,有利于今后进一步加强卫生立法和卫生执法工作。本文谨以个人学习心得的一鳞半爪,刍议其三大语言特征: 一、模式化的章法结构它们有共同的模式化的章法结构,都由一题(标题)三则(总则、分则、附则)所组成。 (一)标题和副题
