本文应用免疫酶ABC法标记53例恶性淋巴瘤的lg,标记后根据克隆型分析及复查常规切片保留原免疫分型诊断者42例。修改或明确免疫分型诊断者8例,排除恶性淋巴瘤者3例。可见标记对恶性淋巴瘤的免疫分型诊断有一定价值。
In this paper, 53 cases of malignant lymphoma were labeled by immunoenzyme ABC method, and 42 cases were diagnosed according to the clonotype analysis and routine routine examination. Modified or clear immunodiagnosis in 8 cases, excluding 3 cases of malignant lymphoma. Visible mark on the diagnosis of malignant lymphoma immunophenotyping have some value.
