患者女,10岁,住院号16958,发作性昏厥伴抽搐发绀3个月。近1个月来发作频繁,数日一次至1日数次。发作时无吐白沫及大小便失禁。食欲差。无呕吐、慢性腹泻、肾疾及手术史,家族史无异常。体检:T36.7℃,BP90/60mmHg。神清,发育正常。听力正常。心界不大,心率47次/分,偶闻早搏。肺、肝、脾(-)。ECG:窦性心律;Q-T延长(0.72秒);二度Ⅱ型2:1房室传导阻滞(AVB);T波电交替(图1)。血、尿、粪常规(-);血清钾2.4mmol/L、钠144mmot/L,
Female patient, 10 years old, hospital number 16958, onset fainting with convulsions cyanosis 3 months. Almost a month to frequent seizures, once in a few days to several times on the 1st.
