“没有爱的教育将会枯燥,像山泉枯竭一样。”陶行知一生以“爱生思想”践行“爱满天下”的夙愿。笔者研读《陶行知教育文集》,体悟他用生命热爱教育、学校和学生的精神;品味他所言“爱人”一词的深刻内涵,并将陶行知“爱生”思想融入对“职校心理自卑生”的教育转换过程,巧妙设计心理认知、给予尊重赏识、搭建集体平台、鼓励个性发展、有原则的爱等环节,驱散学生自卑心理阴霾,帮助其自信、自立、自强的成功实例。
