目的探讨前列腺液(EPS)中白细胞介素-1B(IL-1B)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-10(1L-10)及干扰素(1FN-)水平与不同类型慢性前列腺炎患者之间的关系。方法86例慢性前列腺炎患者按美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)分类法分为慢性细菌性前列腺炎(CBP)组,慢性非细曲性前列腺炎/慢性骨盆疼痛综合征(CPPSⅢA)组和慢性非细菌性前列腺炎/慢性骨疼痛综合征(CPPSⅢB)组3组。应用放射免疫分析(RIA)法和酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法分别对患者EPS中IL-1B、TL-2、IL-10和IFN-含量进行了检测。结果慢性前列腺炎组IL-1B、IL-2、IFN-浓度均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05或0.01),IL-10浓度明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。按CBP组、CPPSⅢA组、CPPSⅢB组的顺序,EPS中的IL-1BI、L-2I、FN-浓度呈明显的下降趋势,IL-10浓度呈现明显的升高趋势。其中IL-1BI、L-10I、EN-在CBP组和CPPSⅢA组分别与CPPSⅢB组结果之间存在显著性差异(P均<0.05或0.01);CBP组与CPPS IlIA组IFN-结果之间亦存在显著性差异(P<0.01),IL-1B、IL-10结果之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。IL-2在CBP组、CPPSⅢA组、CPPSⅡIB组三组结果之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论EPS中IL-1B、IL-2、IL-10、IFN-在慢性前列腺炎的发病过程中起重要作用,检测EPS中的IL-B、IL-2、IL-10I、FN-水平是诊断慢性前列腺炎有价值的指标,EPS中的IL-1BI、L-10、IFN-水平对于CPPSⅢ的诊断与分型亦具有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the relationship between interleukin-1B (IL-1B), interleukin-2 (IL-2), interleukin-10 (IL-10) and interferon (IFN-) in prostatic fluid (EPS) Relationship between type of chronic prostatitis patients. Methods Eighty-six chronic prostatitis patients were divided into chronic bacterial prostatitis (CBP) group, chronic non-prostatitis prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPSⅢA) group and chronic non-prostatitis group according to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Bacterial prostatitis / chronic bone pain syndrome (CPPS Ⅲ B) group of three groups. The levels of IL-1B, TL-2, IL-10 and IFN-γ in EPS of patients were detected by radioimmunoassay (RIA) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) Results The levels of IL-1B, IL-2 and IFN-γ in chronic prostatitis group were significantly higher than those in control group (all P <0.05 or 0.01). The concentration of IL-10 in serum was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.01). The concentrations of IL-1BI, L-2I and FN- in EPS showed a decreasing trend in the order of CBP group, CPPSⅢA group and CPPSⅢB group, and the concentration of IL-10 showed a clear upward trend. IL-1BI, L-10I and EN- were significantly different between CBP group and CPPSⅢA group and CPPSⅢB group (all P <0.05 or 0.01). There was also a significant difference between IFN-αin CBP group and CPPS IlIA group Significant difference (P <0.01), IL-1B, IL-10 results between the no significant difference (P> 0.05). IL-2 in CBP group, CPPSⅢA group, CPPSⅡIB group, there was no significant difference between the three groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion The levels of IL-1B, IL-2, IL-10 and IFN-γ in EPS plays an important role in the pathogenesis of chronic prostatitis. The detection of IL-B, IL-2, IL-10I and FN- Chronic prostatitis valuable indicators, EPS IL-1BI, L-10, IFN- level for the diagnosis and classification of CPPS III also has important value.
