本研究以常规品种中棉所12为对照,分析了具有不同生长习性的Bt转基因抗虫棉不同部位的IAA和ABA表达水平。结果表明,子叶中两种激素表达水平低、顶芽中IAA含量偏低是造成某些Bt转基因抗虫棉前期生长势偏弱的内在因素,与顶芽相比较,侧芽中ABA含量偏低与某些Bt转基因抗虫棉前期顶端生长势弱和赘芽发生多有关。
In this study, we compared the expression of IAA and ABA in different parts of Bt transgenic Bt cotton with different growth habitats, using the conventional cotton cultivar Zhongmiansuo12 as a control. The results showed that the low expression of two hormones in cotyledons and the low IAA content in the apical bud were the internal factors that caused the weaker growth potential in some Bt transgenic cotton plants at early prophase. Some Bt transgenic Bt cotton at the top of the early growth potential is weak and more relevant.
