对CTF-2000通过式回火炉的加热参数、循环风量进行了优化设计。结果表明:设计过程中,尽量减小炉膛内料盘以外不必要的多余通道面积,及尽量放大风量的储备系数,可使回火炉满足(150±7.5)℃均温51 min的客户要求。
CTF-2000 through the tempering furnace heating parameters, the amount of circulating air has been optimized. The results show that in the process of design, the area of unnecessary unnecessary channel outside the furnace tray is minimized and the reserve coefficient of the air volume is maximized so that the furnace can meet the requirement of 150 min (150 ± 7.5) ° C for 51 min.
