加强基层后勤管理是目前各级后勤都在研究探讨的一个主题。要抓好基层后勤管理,须首先统一思想,确立和贯彻正确的指导原则。从近几年的实践看,我认为领导机关抓基层后勤管理应贯彻以下十条原则:
Strengthening logistics management at the grassroots level is currently one of the topics under study and discussion at all levels of logistics. To grasp grassroot logistics management, we must first unify our thinking and establish and implement the correct guiding principles. In the light of the practice in recent years, I think the following ten principles should be implemented by the leading organs in their grass-roots logistical management:
