提出一种工艺简单,费用低廉的方法提高离心泵的效率。其原理是使用SEBF涂装技术在离心泵的过流表面涂敷一层固化膜。大幅度提高了过流表面的光洁度,因而提高了泵的效率。文中给出两个使用例。
Proposed a simple process, low cost method to improve the efficiency of centrifugal pumps. The principle is to use SEBF coating technology to apply a layer of cured film on the overcurrent surface of the centrifugal pump. Dramatically improves overcurrent surface finish, thus increasing pump efficiency. The article gives two examples of use.
