报告10例12眼炎症继发性青光眼行小梁切除术联合应用5-氟尿嘧啶(5FU)治疗的结果。在10例中,有1例无晶体性青光眼,1例有滤过手术失败史,余为葡萄膜炎。行小梁切除术时,6例有活动性炎症。术毕结膜下注射5FU 5mg(溶于0.5 ml生理盐水内),同时以庆大霉素和地塞米松注入结膜下。术后每2小时滴用1%泼尼松药水,睡前涂地塞米松药膏。7～10天,激素减量,每日4次,停用药膏。此后每周减少激素用量一次。在术后头
Report of 10 cases of 12 eyes with secondary glaucoma trabeculectomy combined with 5-fluorouracil (5FU) treatment results. In 10 cases, there was 1 case of aphakic glaucoma, 1 case of filtration surgery failed history, more than uveitis. Trabeculectomy, 6 cases of active inflammation. Surgery subconjunctival injection of 5FU 5mg (dissolved in 0.5 ml saline), while gentamicin and dexamethasone infusion subconjunctival. After every 2 hours with 1% prednisolone drops, apply dexamethasone ointment before going to bed. 7 to 10 days, hormone reduction, 4 times daily, stop ointment. Since then reduce the amount of hormones once a week. Head after surgery
