本文从海商法中maritime lien的确切含义出发,讨论了它的几个不同译名的取舍,并从语义学的角度分别对其优劣作了分析,从而找出最恰当的译名。
Based on the exact meaning of maritime lien in maritime law, this article discusses the trade-offs of several different translations of the maritime law and analyzes the pros and cons of them respectively from the perspective of semantics so as to find the most appropriate translation.
