当前企业培训中存在的主要问题是: 1、重职后培训,轻职前培训。不少企业在用工方面尚未很好贯彻“先培训,后就业”的原则,职工队伍的素质先天不足。为使职工适应岗位的需要,企业在职后培训方面花费了大量的人力、物力、财力。但由于职工原有文化技术基础差,生产任务重等原因,教师难以按质按量完成培训计划,职工也叫苦连天。这种培训可谓“成本高,产出低”,培训效果较差。
The main problems in the current enterprise training are: 1. Post-reprofessional training and light pre-employment training. Many companies have not implemented well the principle of “training first and then obtaining employment” in terms of employment, and the quality of the workforce is inherently inadequate. In order to adapt the staff to the needs of the job, the company spent a lot of manpower, material resources, and financial resources in post-service training. However, because of the employees’ poor cultural and technological foundation and the heavy production tasks, it is difficult for teachers to complete the training plan according to the quality and quantity, and the employees are also bitter. This kind of training can be described as “high cost, low output” and poor training results.
