各区县国土房管局,各物业管理企业:随着本市疫情趋于平稳和外省市“非典”发病情况的变化,外地返京人员、来京务工人员逐渐增多,为把防治非典的各项工作措施落到实处,防止疫情出现反弹,按照《中共北京市委办公厅、北京市人民政府办公厅关于加强外地来京经商务工人员“非典”防治工作的通知》(京办发[2003]25号)、《北京市防治非典型肺炎联合工作小组关于应对新形势进一步加强和完善“非典”防控工作的意见》、《北京地下空间“非典”防控专项清理整顿工作方案》和北京防控非典型肺炎工作组《关于印发(关于开展外地来京经商务工人员和出租(借)房屋清理整顿工作方案>的通知》要求,要全力做好流动人口、返京人员的“非典”防控工作,现就防治“非典”期间,加强全市出租房屋和普通楼房地下室管理的有关要求通知如下:
