《共产党宣言》的发表,宣告马克思主义法学理论的诞生。长期以来,中国的先进分子为探讨马克思主义法学理论中国化积累了经验。十一届三中全会后,马克思主义法学理论中国化步伐迈得很大。党的十五大明确提出依法治国的基本方略,促进了马克思主义法学理论中国化。新世纪以来,马克思主义法学理论中国化取得了新的飞跃。尤其是十八届四中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》,把马克思主义法学理论中国化推向了新的高度和新的境界。
The publication of the Communist Manifesto declares the birth of Marxist jurisprudence. For a long time, China’s advanced elements accumulated experience in exploring the localization of Marxist jurisprudence in China. After the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, the pace of marching toward Marxism in China has taken a big step forward. The 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the basic strategy of governing the country according to law and promoted the sinicization of Marxist jurisprudence. Since the new century, a new leap has been made in the sinicization of Marxist jurisprudence. In particular, the “Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Major Issues in Ruling the Country by Law” adopted at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee has pushed the localization of Marxist jurisprudence theory to a new height and a new level.
