肺炎支原体(mycoplasma pneumoniae,MP)是儿童及青少年社区获得性肺炎(CAP)中最常见的致病菌之一,儿科医生十分关注MP感染带来的诸多临床问题。肺炎支原体肺炎临床表现多样,除呼吸道感染症状外还可有多系统损害。现收集我院近3年内合并肺外并发症的62例MP肺炎患儿的临床资料,对其肺外表现特点进行回顾性分析。
Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) is one of the most common pathogens in community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) in children and adolescents. Pediatricians are very concerned about the many clinical problems caused by MP infection. Mycoplasma pneumonia pneumonia clinical manifestations of diverse, in addition to respiratory tract infection symptoms can also have more system damage. The clinical data of 62 patients with MP pneumonia complicated with extrapulmonary complications collected in our hospital during the recent 3 years were retrospectively analyzed.
