这个选题的学术争鸣性是非常突出的,不仅仅在于这一选题的对象与内容(关于制度与人性方面的讨论历来都是思想家热衷的话题),而归于选题本身的提出,就存在着质疑。正如选题提出后,很多前期性问题都不容我们忽视:制度与人性能否具有可比性?这一命题是否是个伪问题?恶的定义应该是什么,是通常道德评判范畴还是其他?甚至这其中的一切评价标准是否合理?即使进行比较,是否能有最终明了、确定的答案?这些都提醒着我们不要跳进这个预设的陷阱。可我们却仍执著地跳了进去,纵然起跳的方式千姿百态。我们甚至希望更多的人与我们一起跳进去,将思考进行到底,我们都试图在思考中厘清这两者的关系(甚至可以微观到个体行为的取舍),来寻找个人生存的意义,重建社会治理的正当性。
