目的:研究半夏类药材提取物体外抗肿瘤的活性。方法:用流式细胞术检测半夏类药材提取物诱导HeLa细胞凋亡作用,并分析掌叶半夏提取物对细胞生长周期和Caspase-3表达的影响。结果:半夏类药材的抗肿瘤活性主要集中在总有机酸提取物或醋酸乙酯提取部位;掌叶半夏和半夏的抗肿瘤活性作用较强,水半夏相对较弱;抗肿瘤作用与抑制S期细胞增殖和激活Caspase家族诱导细胞凋亡有很大的关系。结论:半夏、水半夏和掌叶半夏的根茎,都有抗肿瘤的活性,以掌叶半夏活性最强;诱导细胞凋亡是它们抗肿瘤的作用机制之一。
Objective: To study the antitumor activity of Pinellia ternata extracts in vitro. Methods: Flow cytometry was used to detect the apoptosis of HeLa cells induced by extracts from Pinellia ternata. The effects of Pinellia ternate extract on cell cycle and expression of Caspase-3 were analyzed. Results: The anti-tumor activity of Pinellia ternata mainly concentrated on the extraction of total organic acids or ethyl acetate. The anti-tumor activity of Pinellia ternata and Pinellia tuber was stronger than that of Pinellia ternata, but the anti-tumor activity and inhibition S phase cell proliferation and activation of Caspase family induced apoptosis has a great relationship. Conclusion: The rhizomes of Pinellia ternata and Pinellia ternata have antitumor activity, and the activity of Pinellia ternate is strongest. Induction of apoptosis is one of their anti-tumor mechanisms.
