21世纪被称为信息时代、网络时代,计算机信息技术在各个领域占有越来越重要的地位。财政工作也将越来越广泛、越深入地运用计算机技术,使各项业务工作进一步走向科学化、规范化和高效化。默默走过了20年历程的财政系统计算机信息系统建设,正进入一个崭新的发展阶段。为此我们走访了财政部计算中心杨方伟主任,并以这篇访谈作为本刊新世纪对财政工作信息化这一问题关注和宣传报道的开端。
The 21st century is called the information age. In the Internet age, computer information technology occupies an increasingly important position in all fields. Financial work will also be more and more extensive and more in-depth use of computer technology, so that the business work to further scientific, standardized and efficient. Silently passed the 20-year history of the financial system of computer information system construction, is entering a new stage of development.
