根据自动控制理论,提出了刮板输送机链条张力自动调节原理,建立了具有电液控制自动张力系统的刮板输送机的力学模型。对尾部带有预张力控制系统的刮板输送机进行实例仿真研究,结果表明:张力自动调节系统的应用,对于有预启动的工况,链条张力得到很好的控制;对于刮板输送机直接启动的工况,预紧力控制效果不理想,但启动前增大初始张力,可以有效减小张力的波动。
According to the theory of automatic control, the principle of automatic regulation of scraper conveyor chain tension was put forward, and the mechanical model of scraper conveyor with electro-hydraulic automatic tension control system was established. The simulation of the scraper conveyor with the tail pretension control system is carried out. The results show that the application of the tension automatic adjusting system can control the tension of the chain well for the condition of pre-starting. For the scraper conveyor directly Starting conditions, preload control effect is not ideal, but before starting to increase the initial tension, can effectively reduce the tension fluctuations.
