一、概述用预应力混凝土管代替钢管不仅可以节省大量的钢材(混凝土管所用的钢材只有同直径钢管的25~30%)、降低造价(比同直径的钢管省10~15%),而且还可大大延长使用寿命,一般是钢管的2~3倍。如:日本于1935年在东北铺设的一条水泥管,在1985年挖开检查时,仍完整无损);同时,混凝土管还具有制作方便、维护简单、抗腐蚀性能好等特点,因此,不仅在钢铁产量趋于紧缺的国家大量采用混凝土管代替钢管,而且在那些钢产量较多的资本主义国家也在大量使用混凝土管。在我国随着电力事业的迅速发展,在电力系统中广泛采用大直径预应力混凝土压力
