我从事初中美术教学多年,多年的工作经历给我最深刻的感触是:基础教育深陷应试教育的泥潭,即使是在大力提倡素质教育的今天,也完全可以用“素质教育轰轰烈烈,应试教育扎扎实实”来概括基础教育的现状。这一现状给初中教育教学带来的最直接影响是:中招不考试的学科不受重视,其中尤以音乐,美术面临的困难最为严重。面对众多的不利因素,作为一个美术老师,我们应怎样克服这些困难,保证美术教育的顺利开展呢?在这里,我谈一谈自己的思考和实践。
