2015年4月24日,全国人大常委会通过了《广告法》的修订,并将于2015年9月1日正式实施。修订后的《广告法》,细化了广告内容准则、广告活动规范,为加强广告监督管理、促进广告业持续快速健康发展提供了重要的法治保障。此次修订,进一步完善了广告监管法律制度,保障和规范了行政主管部门职权的实施,提升了虚假违法广告惩治力度,对构建文明诚信的广告市场秩序具有极其重要的现实意义,对我国广告市场将产生深远的影响。
