近两年来,为全面提高我校的教学质量,在日趋激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚跟,促进红大持续、稳定的向前发展,新一届领导班子出台了一系列有关教育、教学的文件,从而为依法治校提供了必要的理论依据,为教学工作的规范化奠定了基础。其中一个重要举措就是制定了期中教学检查制度。经过两个学期的贯彻实施,确实收到很大的成效。一、期中教学检查工作的回顾众所周知,在整个教学活动中,教师始终占据着主导的地位,因此,对教师的教学进行评价是期中教学检查的一个重要内容。作为一名教师要提高教学效率,首先要了解自我,即:自己的长处是什么,不足在什么地方,只有这样才能在今后的工作中有的放矢地加以改进。教学检查从某种意义上讲,对教师身上存在的问题看得更清楚,也更加客观,这本来是一件很重要也很有意义的工作,但遗感的是,社会上很多教师还不太重视这项工作,错误地认为,受过教师训练就能有效地进行教学,
