由北京科技大学和河南省西峡县保护材料厂共同开发的新型埋弧泡沫法经大冶钢厂、武钢一炼钢和新疆钢公司试用,取得了明显的技术经济效果.这种泡沫渣的主要成分为:CaO:45%~55%;灼碱:35%~40%;MgO:1%~5%;SiO_2:3%~7%;Fe_2O_3:1%以下,水分在0.5%以下.使用这种泡沫渣的电炉工艺为:(1)电弧炉氧化期结束扒净氧化渣;(2)采用一定活性度的石灰、萤石、火砖块按4:1:0.8的比例造稀薄渣;(3)渣料加入炉内后,送电化渣,并搅匀炉渣;(4)炉渣化匀后,加入脱氧剂和发泡剂.这种泡沫渣在LF上的工艺为:(1)来自初炼炉的炉渣不能过多,渣层厚度一般在100mm左右;
