在回顾国内外创新创业教育与专业教育融合研究现状基础上,本文分析了国内旅游类院校餐饮专业教育与创新创业教育的融合协同现状,并提出了三大基于融合协同视角的餐饮创新创业人才培养机制:政、企/行、校联动耦合创新创业协同育人机制,依托创新创业实践平台的“前店后院”专创育人模式,课程体系融入创新创业教育元素。
On the basis of reviewing the status quo of the research on the integration of innovative entrepreneurship education and professional education both at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the current situation of the integration and cooperation between catering specialty education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in domestic tourism colleges and puts forward three major catering innovation and entrepreneurship based on the perspective of integration and coordination Training mechanism: the government, enterprises / banks, schools, coupling innovation and entrepreneurship co-educational mechanism, relying on innovative business practices platform “front shop backyard ” special education model, the curriculum system into the elements of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
