采用适宜比例的混合提取液,直接从菜籽粕中提取酚类物质,避免了因几次转移器皿可能引起的玷污。菜籽粕经3次提取,基本萃取完全,于725nm处进行比色测定。以sinapicacid作标准物质,绘制标准曲线。该方法可以从菜籽粕中分离出游离态、酯溶性、难溶性3种酚类化合物。测定结果初步看出,菜籽粕中酯溶性酚类化合物的含量较高,约占总酚量70%~80%。此分析方法易操作,定量组分准确。
Using the appropriate proportion of the mixture of extracts, directly from the rapeseed meal phenolics, to avoid the transfer of containers may be caused by several times tarnished. After three rapeseed meal extraction, the basic extraction is complete, at 725nm for colorimetric determination. Take sinapicacid as standard material and draw a standard curve. The method can separate free, ester-soluble and insoluble three phenolic compounds from rapeseed meal. The preliminary results showed that the content of ester-soluble phenolic compounds in rapeseed meal was high, accounting for 70% -80% of the total phenols. This analysis method is easy to operate, quantitative components accurate.
