英明领袖华主席在党的十一大政治报告中提出:“一定要把党的各级领导班子整顿好、迠设好。”回顾几年来我们学校领导班子迠设的实践,对照华主席的教导,深深感到:加强学校领导班子思想迠设,最重要的就是要提高执行毛主席教育路线、方针的自觉性,努力把学校办好。我们学校是一所城镇中学,现有教学班二十个,学生一千二百余人。无产阶级文化大革命以来,县委把我校列为全县教育革命的重点,着重抓了我校领导班子的整顿和迠设。几年来,我们作了如下几方面的努力。
In his party’s 11th political report, wise leader Chairman Hua put forward: “We must rectify and improve the leadership at all levels in the Party.” Recalling the practice of setting up the leading bodies in schools in the past few years and in accordance with the teachings of Chairman Hua Deeply felt that the most important thing to do to strengthen ideological and moral leadership of the school’s leading bodies is to improve the awareness of implementing Chairman Mao’s education line and guidelines and strive to run the school well. Our school is a town school, the existing teaching classes twenty, more than 1,200 students. Since the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution, the county Party committee has listed our school as the focal point of the entire county’s educational revolution and focused on the rectification and establishment of the leading group in our school. In the past few years, we made the following efforts.
