山东省金乡一中从今年元月份起,建立了由校长、教导主任、团委书记和班主任代表参加的领导班子,提前对八○年高中毕业生进行“一颗红心,两种准备”的教育。他们认真总结吸取了去年高二毕业班工作中的经验教训,多次召开师生和家长座谈会,研究分析了学生中的思想状况:全校291名毕业生中,绝大多数出生在农村,很多学生思想中只有升学的一种准备,回乡务农考虑甚少;一部分学生出生在城镇,属于干部、职工的子女,他们存有“非农业户口”,早晚给安排工作的优越感,学习上不求上进;还有少部分学生受“四人帮”流毒的影响,不仅功课差,而且精神空虚,胸无大志,缺乏理想,不守纪律,混天了日。学校党支
