目的观察一种专用腹腔镜酶洗剂在腹腔镜清洗中的应用效果。方法将使用后的腹腔镜及附件200个随机分成2组,按照2004年版《内镜清洗消毒技术操作规范》的要求,分别用腹腔镜专用酶洗剂(试验组)和流动水(对照组)进行清洗,观察腹腔镜及附件的清洗效果。结果专用腹腔镜酶洗剂清洗后腹腔镜及附件表面清洁光亮无残留的血液、脂肪及视污残痕,并延长腹腔镜使用寿命,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论专用腹腔镜酶洗剂能有效清洗并延长腹腔镜使用寿命,降低维修成本,提高使用率,减少医源性交叉感染的发生,确保医疗安全,是一种理想的腹腔镜清洗剂、保养剂。
Objective To observe the effect of a special laparoscopic enzyme detergent in laparoscopic cleaning. Methods Two hundred randomly divided laparoscopes and accessories were divided into two groups according to the requirements of the 2004 edition of “Code of Practice for Endoscope Cleaning and Disinfection Technology”. Laparoscopic special enzyme detergent (experimental group) and mobile water (control group) Cleaning, observe laparoscopic and attachment cleaning effect. Results After laparoscopic cleaning, laparoscopic and accessory surfaces were clean and free of residual blood, fat and stains, and prolonged laparoscope service life. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The special laparoscopic enzyme detergent can effectively clean and prolong the service life of laparoscope, reduce the cost of maintenance, improve the usage rate, reduce the occurrence of iatrogenic cross-infection and ensure medical safety. It is an ideal laparoscopic cleaning agent and maintenance agent .
