润滑油对齿轮的疲劳点蚀寿命有影响，而且影响很大,润滑油选用不当或润滑油质量不高，可使疲劳点蚀寿命降低一半；选用高性能润滑油可使疲劳点蚀寿命提高2～3倍，而高性能润滑油的关键在添加剂的合理复配．通过对鞍钢线材厂使用的国产525油膜轴承油的试验研究，证明国产润滑完全可以替代进口润滑油，不会降低齿轮的疲劳寿命。
Lubricants have an impact on the fatigue pitting life of gears, and have a great impact. Improper selection of lubricants or low quality of lubricants can reduce the fatigue life of pitting corrosion by half; use high-performance lubricants to increase the fatigue life of pitting corrosion by 2 ~ 3 times, while the key to high-performance lubricants in the rational allocation of additives. Through the research on the domestic 525 oil film bearing oil used by Ansteel Wire Mill, it proves that the domestic lubrication can completely replace the imported lubricating oil and will not reduce the fatigue life of the gear.
