目的尽量减少摄X射线平片对工作者、被检者不必要的射线照射量,提高综合防护效果;探索缩短焦片距的摄片质量。方法流水选取病人160例既是实验组,又是对照组(自身对照),用不同焦片距摄胸部后前位片,记录检测数据并进行统计分析。结果实验组160例总照射量为1768.38×10-4μC/kg;对照组160例总照射量为5493.54×10-4μC/kg。经统计学处理,差异具有统计学意义(u=-166.66,P<0.01)。实验组病人的胸片,影像清晰,层次分明,片质较好,保证了诊断需要。结论缩短焦片距摄胸部平片的方法,能非常显著地增加防护效果且片质较好。
Objective To minimize the exposure of workers and subjects to X-ray plain radiographs, and to improve the comprehensive protective effect; to explore shortening the radiographic quality of focal lengths. Methods 160 cases of patients were selected both by the experimental group and the control group (self-control). Different focal lengths were taken from the anterior posterior part of the chest to record the test data and statistical analysis. Results The total irradiation dose of 160 cases in the experimental group was 1768.38 × 10-4μC / kg. The total irradiation amount in the control group was 5493.54 × 10-4μC / kg. Statistically, the difference was statistically significant (u = -166.66, P <0.01). The experimental group of patients with chest X-ray, clear images, structured, better quality of the sheet to ensure that the diagnosis needs. Conclusion The method of shortening the focal length from the radiographs of the chest can increase the protective effect remarkably and the sheet quality is better.
