为了解我县婴儿死亡情况、死亡原因及其变化规律,我们于1987年元月根据卫生部《全国婴儿死亡情况抽样定点调查方案》规定的标准、方法,对我县1986年未满一岁婴儿死亡情况进行了普查。一、调查结果1.死亡率:全国1986年全年活产儿7331名,未满一岁婴儿死亡207名,婴儿死亡率为28.24‰;新生儿死亡率为21.69‰;初期新生儿死亡率为16.64‰;围产期死亡率36.63‰.2.死亡原因:前10位死因见表1。不同时期死因序列见表2.
