牟德华,男,汉族,1960年8月出生山东省广饶县人,九三学社社员,毕业于天津轻工业学院食品工程系,现任河北科技大学教授、硕士生导师、饮料与发酵工程研究室主任,并任中国标准化委员会国家标准审定专家、河北省科技进步奖评审委员会专家、河北省科技厅鉴定委员会专家、河北省计划委员会项目评审组专家、河北省营养学会常务理事。他2000年被授予河北省高等学校中青年骨干教师、河北省双十双百双千人 工程第一层次人才、河北省食品工业突出科技专家、河北省厚朴基金奖获得者。
Maude Hwa, male, Han nationality, born in August 1960 in Guangrao County, Shandong Province, member of Jiu San Society, graduated from Food Engineering Department of Tianjin Institute of Light Industry. He is currently professor and master tutor of Hebei University of Science and Technology, director of the Research Center of Beverage and Fermentation Engineering, Standardization Committee of national standards review experts, experts in Hebei Province Science and Technology Progress Award jury, Hebei Provincial Science and Technology Agency accreditation committee experts, Hebei Province Planning Commission project review group of experts, Hebei Province Nutrition Society executive director. In 2000 he was awarded the backbone of middle-aged and young teachers in higher education institutions in Hebei Province, Hebei Province, double-double pairs of 100 pairs of thousands of first-person talent, Hebei Province Food Industry outstanding scientific and technological experts, Hebei Magnolia Fund Award winner.
