目的 探讨用一次性皮试针头行後房型人工晶状体缝线固定术12例的临床实用价值。方法用一次性皮试针头自上方切口进入前房,入3点、9点虹膜後,从角巩膜缘後1.5mm处穿出巩膜板层面,把聚丙烯缝线的针插入皮试针孔内并插紧,随皮试针慢慢退出上方切口,将引出上方切口外的聚丙烯线两个断端分别系在C型晶状体襻的膝部,把人工晶体植入後轻轻台拉晶状体襻所系的聚丙烯线,引导人工晶状体呈水平位进入睫状沟内。结果 术后随访观察3~36(平均18)个月,术前视力为CF-0.04,随访最终视力:1眼视力增进至0.1,3眼至0.1~0.3,5眼至0.4~0.6,3眼至0.7~0.9 12眼植入位置均正常,无严重并发症发生。结论 此手术方法是对无法正常植入後房人工晶状体眼的有效补救措施。
