我们采用单向琼脂扩散法,对136名(男115名、女21名)医用诊断X线工作者血清IgG、IgA和C_3合量进行了测定。并设65名(男35名、女30名)对照。照射组平均年剂量低于容许剂量当量者占98.53%。照射组与对照组IgG含量儿何均值分别为140、150Iu/ml,变异系数分别为32%、23%,二者间差异不显著(P>0.05)。照射组与对照组IgA含量均值土标准差分别为124±57、124±54Iu/ml;C_3含量分别为 137±27、135±26mg/dl,差异也
We used unidirectional agar diffusion method to determine the serum IgG, IgA and C_3 of 136 male (115 male and 21 female) X-ray workers. And set 65 (35 males, 30 females) control. Irradiation group average annual dose less than the allowable dose equivalent accounted for 98.53%. The average IgG level in irradiated group and control group were 140,150Iu / ml and the coefficient of variation were 32% and 23% respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The standard deviations of IgA content in the irradiated group and the control group were 124 ± 57,124 ± 54Iu / ml respectively; the contents of C_3 were 137 ± 27,135 ± 26mg / dl, respectively
