2000年世纪交替,是“九五”计划最后一年,也可能是中国加入WTO的第一年。展望全年经济走势,国际、国内经济将呈增长态势,我省经济增长将继续保持10%左右的增长速度,这对江苏全面达到小康,实现历史性跨越有重要意义。
The turn of the century of 2000 is the last year of the Ninth Five-Year Plan and may also be the first year of China’s accession to the WTO. Looking forward to the full year’s economic trend, the international and domestic economies will show a trend of growth. The economic growth in our province will continue to grow at a rate of about 10%. This is of great significance to achieving a well-off society in Jiangsu in all respects and realizing a historic leap forward.
