价格改革在我国经济体制改革取得的举世瞩目的成就中所起的功劳殊不可灭。价格改革是一个漫长而又痛苦的渐进式改革,既付出了代价,也取得了史无前例的巨大收获;我们最终建立了社会主义市场经济体系,正是在它的引导和推动之下,我国迈上了国民经济持续、稳定、健康发展的正轨。然而问题依然存在。面对新的经济体制,原有的价格管理模式已不再适应,要求对价格管理部门的职能和机构设置做出相应的改革和调整。对此,迫切需要以解决目前的实际问题为宗旨,实事求是地加以分析和研究,从根本上找到解决办法。
