分析了旋转成形设备的优点,介绍了轴向轧机的原理和试制的样机结构。并用该样机作了轧制成形汽车主减速器从动螺旋锥齿轮的试验。根据试验资料提出了更佳的轴向轧机设计方案。
The advantages of rotary forming equipment are analyzed. The principle of axial rolling mill and prototype structure of prototype are introduced. And the prototype was used to make the test of rolling forming the driven gear of the main reducer. Based on the experimental data, a better design scheme of axial rolling mill is proposed.
