永幸河泵站是永幸河灌区的枢纽控制工程,始建于1976年11月,1978年6月建成,2011年利用世行货款对永幸河泵站进行拆除重建,2013年6月工程完工并发挥设计灌排功能。本人全程参与工程的建设管理过程,通过工程实施前后对比分析,拆除重建工程完成后,能源单耗降低,节能显著,各项运行管理费用大幅降低,社会经济综合效益显著。
Yongxinghe Pumping Station is a hub control project of Yongxinghe Irrigation District. It was built in November 1976 and completed in June 1978. In 2011, the Yongxinghe Pumping Station was demolished and rebuilt by the payment of the World Bank. In June 2013, the project was completed and put into operation Design irrigation function. Throughout the process of construction and management of the project, through the comparative analysis before and after the implementation of the project, the unit consumption of energy was reduced, the energy consumption was significantly reduced, the operation and management costs were greatly reduced, and the comprehensive social and economic benefits were remarkable.
