本文结合笔者多年人事档案管理经验,来分析人事档案管理目前存在的一些问题,并总结经验提出了一些有效的建议,以加强人事档案的管理工作。
This article combines my years of personnel file management experience to analyze some existing problems in personnel file management and summarizes the experience to put forward some effective suggestions to strengthen the management of personnel files.
