本院应用TDPN-Ⅱ型体外震波碎石机治疗泌尿系结石620例,其中1例ESWL后经皮肾穿刺造瘘术(PCN)合并肾大出血并死亡,现报告如下。患者,女,45岁。入院诊断为右肾多发性结石,左肾重度积水。KUB:右肾多发性结石,最大为3×2cm。WP:右肾中度积水,左肾小显影。B超t右肾多发性结石中度积水,左肾重度积水,肾实质菲薄。血BUN、(:riE常.出,凝血时间正靓ESWL治疗右肾结石,冲击2000次,震波电压14～16KV,结石被粉碎。震波后仪有少许砂状碎石排
The hospital application of TDPN-Ⅱ type of extracorporeal shock lithotripsy 620 cases of urinary calculi, including 1 case of ESWL percutaneous nephrostomy (PCN) combined with renal bleeding and death are as follows. Patient, female, 45 years old. Admitted to the hospital diagnosed with multiple stones of the right kidney, left kidney severe hydronephrosis. B-t right kidney multiple stones moderate hydronephrosis, severe hydronephrosis in the left kidney, renal parenchyma. Blood BUN, (: riE often out of coagulation time is ESWL treatment of right kidney stones, the impact of 2000 times, the shock voltage of 14 ~ 16KV, stones were crushed.
