作为第二届北京市西城杯一等奖获得者,我承担了面向全区各工作室骨干教师展示活动的任务。对于这次活动,我从思想上高度重视,多次与幼儿互动,了解孩子们的已有经验和兴趣,一次次设计调整活动方案……活动当天,场面热闹非凡,专家、骨干教师纷纷到场,而且还有来我园参观的几十位新加坡客人,他们的到来,不仅使孩子们开阔了视野,同时也为我们的活动提供了很多有价值的资源。回想起这一幕幕场景,真是让人难以忘怀,然而更让我记忆犹新的却是,我辛辛苦苦预设的、看似“滴水不漏”的活动居然没有按原计划执行……
As the second Beijing Xicheng Cup first prize winner, I assumed the task of displaying the activities of key teachers in various studios across the region.
