密断级配富沥青混凝土代表着国内外沥青混凝土级配发展方向,能够适应水坝防渗面板沥青混凝土性能要求.首先,创新性地提出了粗集料骨架孔隙率最小值的测定方法和密断级配富沥青混凝土粗集料骨架嵌挤的新标准,在此基础上改进了主骨架空隙填充法;然后,运用改进的主骨架空隙填充法设计了一种密断级配富沥青混凝土,并通过试验评价了混凝土的稳定度、流值、斜坡流淌值、渗透系数和低温弯拉破坏应变等力学性能.结果表明,用改进的主骨架空隙填充法设计出的密断级配富沥青混凝土兼有优良的变形稳定性、抗渗性能和低温性能,各项力学指标均满足《水工碾压式沥青混凝土施工规范》(DL/T 5363-2006)的要求,该设计方法具有广泛的推广和应用价值.
