在水土保持工作中,正确分析评价水保措施在流域治理中的减沙效益。对于认识水土保持在治理江河、改善农业生态环境中的作用,具有十分重要的意义。在已往计算水保措施减沙效益的方法中。由于对泥沙年际变化注意不够。加上气候影响因素难于度量。因而其计算结果并不令人满意。本文以延安及其它有关地区水文站的实测资料为依据,提出下述水保措施减沙效益的计算方法,并用以计算延安地区水保措施的减沙效益。
In the work of soil and water conservation, correctly analyze and evaluate the benefit of sediment reduction by water and soil conservation measures in watershed management. It is of great significance to recognize the role of soil and water conservation in the management of rivers and the improvement of agricultural ecological environment. Among the previous methods of calculating the benefits of sediment reduction in soil conservation practices. Due to interannual changes in sediment not pay enough attention. Coupled with climate factors difficult to measure. Therefore, its calculation result is unsatisfactory. Based on the measured data of hydrological stations in Yan’an and other relevant areas, this paper proposes the following calculation methods of sediment reduction benefits of soil and water conservation measures and calculates the sediment reduction benefits of soil and water conservation measures in Yan’an.
