为探讨结肠康泰临床疗效的药理基础，观察了结肠康泰对小鼠正常及病理状态下小肠、结肠运动的影响。结果表明结肠康泰对正常小肠运动有一定促进作用，对结肠推进无明显影响；对病理状态下的肠推进亢进无明显抑制作用。提示结肠康泰对肠道运动主要呈现兴奋作用，临床用于治疗以腹胀、便秘为主要表现的慢性结肠炎。
In order to investigate the pharmacological basis of clinical efficacy of Kangtai Kang, we observed the effects of Kangtai Kang on the movement of small intestine and colon under normal and pathological conditions in mice. The results showed that Kangtai Kang has a certain promoting effect on the normal small intestine movement, and has no obvious effect on the colonic advancement; it has no obvious inhibitory effect on the intestinal propulsive hyperactivity under pathological conditions. It is suggested that Kangtai Kang mainly exhibits excitatory effects on intestinal motility, and it is clinically used to treat chronic colitis with abdominal distention and constipation as the main manifestations.
